Guide to Buying VitalHealth Products
We have developed a guide for you to easily navigate the VitalHealth website during the process of purchasing your products.
Once you've decided to purchase one or more VITALHEALTH products, you can go to the official corporate website to select and buy your items. Simply click the link provided for that purpose on each VITALHEALTH product page.

It’s important to make sure that the page address in your browser is https://shop.vitalhealthglobal.com/Juanacortez. To do this, double-click next to the address in the browser’s address bar so you can see the full protocol, including https.
What is the HTTPS protocol?
The Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is the secure version of HTTP, which is the main protocol used to transmit data between a web browser and a website. HTTPS is encrypted to enhance the security of data transfers.
Language and Country Selection
Once you’ve confirmed that you’re on the correct and secure website, select your corresponding country and language. Keep in mind that, for now, VITALHEALTH is available in North America (Mexico, the United States, and Canada).
Browsing the VITALHEALTH Website
By clicking the accept button, you will enter the platform where you can view this month's featured items, download information, see promotions, and check the prices of your desired products.
To get more information about a product of interest, place your mouse pointer over the product image and click. You'll be able to view the expanded product description and also add the item to your shopping cart.
When you add an item to the shopping cart, a green message will appear in the upper right corner confirming the action.
Once you’ve finished selecting the products you need, click on the shopping cart located in the upper right corner. A summary of your order will be displayed.
When you indicate that you wish to proceed with the purchase and it's your first time visiting the site, you will be asked to register. You’ll need to enter your personal information and choose a username and password by following the provided instructions.
Once inside the platform, the next screen will ask for the address where the product will be shipped. Please note that, for now, this service is only available in North America.
In the next step, you will need to select your payment method. The available platforms are PayPal, OpenPay, and Mercado Pago, which allow you to pay with debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). If you prefer, you can also make a cash payment at convenience stores.
It’s important to note that if you complete your purchase through Mercado Pago, your order will be protected—if the package doesn’t arrive, your money will be refunded.
